Flexi said it appeared to be a SignLab problem.

Footnote to your post...
Notice how the MSN logo is an insect? In the recent run of commercials, this bug is portayed getting into all aspects of your life, wether you need it to or not. Kinda reflective of how hackers intrude into the Microsoft OS.
Working with microsoft programs online is like being on the pill...you may feel secure, but your still getting screwed.
