Been looking for the exact same thing. Activity POS and a product called Cyrious are targeted towards the sign industry and are well worth looking at, I really liked the Cyrious package Demo, seemed straightforward and packed with features, it's biggest limiting factor (to me) was it's inability to track partial shipments of an order, if this is not an issue with you, it's worth a look. I'm testing Activity now, it requires intense setup but seems able to do everything I need it to do...
Estimate is a very capable program for creating estimates and quotes, and integrates well with quickbooks.
