Hi Heads...I've been contacted by a bowling league named the "Thursday Night Hookers" that wants me to develop a logo for their league which would include an illustration of a hooker holding a bowling ball. I've looked through countless clip art discs and have manipulated a few pieces to try and create a hooker that isn't real sleazy looking. Any collections or sites that would have something like this? I've got about 2 weeks to buy the art and develop something. Thanks in advance for any help. Terry

Terry, I picture it like this - sillouette of high-heeled, curvy woman leaning against lightpole with bowling bag hanging from one arm. The core graphic shouldn't be too hard to find or alter to suit. No detail other than outline. Wrap "TUESDAY NIGHT" around top and "HOOKERS" around bottom.

House Industries has the Las Vegas Font Collection with a showgirl clip and 50's look as well as House-A-Rama for bowling 50's theme with bowling dingbats.
terry....you ever think of getting someone here...that can DRAW what you need and PAY THEM for their ability?????? would be more "original", and no one will have the "master" copy......somethings are still done better...the old ways....

Hi Joe, Did you read the part where I wrote "I've got about two weeks to buy the art and develop something"? I've drawn at least a dozen different sketches with and without clip art as a starting point, but everything looked too sleazy for a bowling shirt. Anyways, thanks everyone for the ideas and e-mails. Now back to the "drawing" board. T.

Two words......Jessica Rabbit.
She's not bad, she's just drawn that way.

Right on Dennis........
Jessica Rabbit is simple to do, and a lightpost behind her can't be all that difficult..
I've hand engraved her several times in bike parts, ever since she first came out in the movie........Examples on my site, if ya wanna look..........
I can send you a line drawing to work from, and if it takes ya 2 weeks to get it together.......well,
........Hope this will help, it's the best i can offer, without doin the job for ya..

That Darrians link has something wrong with it...I got a virus warning, so I stayed away, then shortly afterward that Gator Corp tried to install something on my 'puter, but McAffee stopped it.

Problem solved...I'm working on something along the lines of the Jessica Rabbit suggestion. I wasn't keeping it simple (stupid). I'll post the end result, thanks
