I was recently given about 100 glass panels by a friend of mine who's uncle owned a custom door and window shop. The glass ranges from 1/4" to 1/2" and most of them are about 11" x 14" They were drops from some long forgotten project he'd done.

I've been using my Air Eraser to etch/carve into the glass and really like the effect it gives. My only problem is that the edges of the glass are rough and sharp.

Does anyone have any idea on what I need to get to polish the edges? I was told to sand them but I'm doing something wrong because all that did was chew up a belt sander belt.

Any suggestions?

You may have to re cut the glass then use alum oxide belt and sand the edges. Thats what the glass shops do.
