Who sells smaller pieces of pvc? (goes by the name of trovicel, komatek, sintra, etc.) I am looking for standard thickness in black; only needing a couple at sizes about 6 or 8 in. by 24 in. Is there a place to sell by the piece, instead of a 4 ft by 8 ft?
I have heard about painting the white I have with Krylon fusion, but just don't want to go that route if I can buy new. These signs were supposed to start out as temporary with coroplast, but since I suggested the pvc, these are becoming a more permanent sign situation and they really should look nice.

Good morning Deb, Laird Plastics or any other good plastics company should be able to sell you what you want. If they can't help, pay a visit you your local "speedy" shop. Also, I just got your email this morning. I'll send you the original file and a photo tonight. Unfortunately, I archived it and forgot to write the details on the disks that I archived it onto, so I gotta do some searching.
Cheers,
Checkers

Thanks Checkers!
This is for an architect for his new studio! He is a very dear friend of mine and doesn't give me any gruff. There ARE some architects that are easier to work with, can you believe it, well believe it. Say hi to Susan for me.

I have heard it said that the black will bleach out in the sun. Anyone know more about this.

Yes, Black will bleach out in the sun! Been there. It also warps and shrinks more that the other celtec (or sintra, whatever you call it). I am guessing it is because black absorbs light and white reflects it and therefore black gets "hotter" and warps. But take my word for it, it fades & warps! Jane
