If I didn't know better, I think someone is messing with my Letterhead account. I'm getting messages from Steve and Barb at Letterhead welcoming me to LH and issuing new "Shop ID and Password". I wrote them back stating I already have an account, Shop ID and Passowrd. Anyone know why this is happening?

I think I can solve this mystery Fran.
There are 2 separate usernames and passwords that we use here in Letterville. One set is for the Letterville Database and the other pair are for the BB. Here's an easy way to tell them apart.
The Database informaton uses a Shop ID along with your password. Your BullBoard info has a UserName, which should be your real first and last name.
You were e-mailed your Letterville Database info. Use this info to log into your info page via the Letterville Database Edit Page.
Why were you resent this info? Important contact information is missing in your database info. Your address, zip and phone number are missing. This is required info at Letterville.
