With limited info, sounds like the best way to go John. Inside, outside, roof , wall, ...?

Go to my website and click on "Industrial" Go all the way to the thumbnails and look at the 15'x40' logo we did on the hangar door. It's all freestanding 4mm Dibond.

thanks for the input...what is the cost of dibond as apposed to aluminum?

Ok shoot me for thinking simple, but wouldn't paint seem like the easiest way.
20'x40' man thats a lot of ANY sheet stock.

you dont say if your gona do it in vinyl or paint......i dont even want to think of hangin that in vinyl!!!!

Excuse my ignorance...but...why not paint it directly on the hangar?
Sounds like a plain old walldog job to me! Just beg, borrow, steal or rent a sissors lift and knock it out!
One note of caution....be sure to get your 50% down before you start.....airplane people are as bad or worse than real estate brokers when it comes to paying invoices! (Ask me how I know!)

I agree with Si, they always seem to be somewhere else when it comes time to pay the bill and you end up having to chase them down.

An old rule of thumb from bill collection days. The major "P"'s rule applies here
Any profession that starts with "P" is hard to collect from.. Phycoanalysts Physicians Painters Plasteres. Pilots Pogo Stick riders

Hey Pierre, THIS picture? Sure, maybe cutout individual letters is a solution. Hey John, got a way to show us the layout? Maybe other solutions could emerge from seeing more.

hi i have to do it on separate pieces, because this location they are in noe is temporary and they want to move the sign when they move...on a different note i found a company called metal mart that can make sheets for me that are 8 x 14 feet which is a little better. does anyone know of larger material? thanks
