Check out these bands. They were hired from Kim at the Chamber for the SignCrafters Rendezvous. We are extremely excited as these bands are top notch! On the schedule page of www.Signcraftersrendezvous.info The Dave Steffan Band and Cadillac Joe have links! The phone has been ringing non stop here, so come on in, the water is fine!

Have Kilt will ROCK!

If you swim in a kilt, does it float?

Hurt me, hurt me!!!!

That depends on what "IT" is!

The "Sporran" is the "Purse" situated in front, I think that would sink. The Kilt material itself is very heavy, I would just plain TAKE IT OFF!

I don't have a kilt, but a Guinness bar towel wrapped about my loins looks rather fetching. Oops....I thought I was on another web-site. Is this not "Get her fill"?????????
Counting the days to Tomahawk......or was that another web-site too?

Seriously folks.......
I'm arriving 1700 Thursday 14th. August at Chicago, O'Hare int'l. Need a lift part-way or all-way to Mazeppa. I would have flown to the twin cities but availability and cost conspired against me......so Chicago was the closest.
Is there anybody out there????

For Scott:

At a recent convention for the CEO's of the major brewing corporations of the world. The CEO of the Anheuser-Busch Brewing Corporation stood and said he wanted to propose a toast on behalf of his corporation and ordered a round of Bud Light for everyone to proceed with the toast. When he sat down, and not to be outdone, the CEO of the Miller Brewing Corporation proposed a toast on behalf of his corporation and ordered a round of Miller Lite for everyone's enjoyment. When he sat down, and not to be outdone, The CEO of the Coors Brewing Corporation proposed a toast on behalf of his corporation and ordered a round of the "Silver Bullet" Coors Light for everyone's pleasure.

All eyes then scanned the room for the CEO of the Guiness Corporation and reluctantly he finally stood and ordered a round of Diet Pepsi for everyone. When he was asked what was up, he said, "Well, since you people aren't going to drink B E E R, I won't either!"

What a circle! We have gone from Tunes in Tomahawk, to Beer, to canoes and finally to Deliverance. Where to next? Bikini clad babes on the beach? (that was Andy who said that, I would prefer Plaid Speedos on real men)

Hi Scott and the circle.
Well, as Bob Marley said, "To know where you're going to, you've got to know where your're coming from".
I've been topping up my Guinness levels for the past few days so the withdrawal symptoms wont hit so quick when I get to land of.....that stuff you call beer. I might just drink Pepsi as well, intermingling my sign experiences with the ongoing quest for a pint of the black-stuff in some discerning bar in the USA.
I last drank Guinness in USA in 1989 in a discerning bar in Flagstaff Ar., so I know it exists.
The heatwave is in Ireland as well, just across the sea from our Celt cousins. Was that the American version of Deliverance you were talking about Scott........or the Scots/Irish version where they he says, "Baaaa like a sheep, boy!!!!"
Anyway, it looks as though I have a lift part way to Mazeppa. Thanks Deb!!!!

So, ya like to Canoe on a River huh Boy? I'm having the Local Bars here stocking up on Guiness, and Motor Oil...(Mix em together to get the REAL Beer like it is over there! haha)
Deb can get ya to Beliot, maybe a Train from there to Red Wing? If not, I can come down....
Can't wait!

Canoeing sounds great, apart from one BIG problem........I have a major phobia concerning going under water. No joke!!!!! It is my vision of hell.
Although I could hunt in the woods with a shotgun and keep an eye on the river!!! Or conitinue my quest.
I'm sure we can work something out.

Laurie I'm sure the tunes will be great.
Brian "Baaaing like a sheep is my vision of hell"
don't want to do that again.

I just keep singing the theme song to "Pocahontas" as I see the canoe drifting upstream...and yes, Laurie off topic too, well at least I think those Indian wraps are cool,if I can't see the tartan!
