Can you let your father on the computer long enough so he can answer my e-mail? Or get the information out of him and you can answer for him.
What happened on your trip?
Thanks,
Debbie

Thanks, Deb. She's still not in great shape right now. Those couple of posts were just the excitement of getting home, but she'll be down for a while now. When I get a moment I'll explain. Essentially whe was turned down for the surgery because of borderline hemophilia.

I'm very sorry to hear that Pierre, it seemed like a course of action that had been lacking for so long we all hoped it would prove effective. I pray another door opens to bring some more hope, & ultimately abundent health.

I am holding my breath. Can't even imagine the implications of what you are saying, it's like a sock in the gut. Since I read it last night all I know to do is say a prayer when it comes back into my mind.
I have questions. And you will tell us more, I know. I forget the bottom line of "When bad things happen to good people", but it made sense when I read it.
My heart goes out to all of you when I think about your pain and disappointments. I hope a big beam of hope will appear soon.

Sorry to hear the surgery was canceled. Will she be able to have the surgery sometime in the future? I know you are very busy in the workshop right now and we can wait for the update. I hope she can rest and calm her nerves down. I hope just knowing what the problem is now can help her deal with the pain. Glad everyone is home now. How is your wife holding up?
You are in our thoughts,
Debbie

She was sent to Beutelsbach in Alsace to await the appointment. We got it and she headed for Bern to meet Lyn. The admission tests showed that she's a borderline hemophiliac. They declined to perform the surgery. There is no appeal for you if you're not a Swiss citizen. They won't chance something happening if they're not positive. My girls are home now and not particularly happy. As for me, I'll keep looking for a solution. In the meantime we're on another waiting list here in the states for one of the 9 clinics that do the procedure, 8 month minimum wait.

I am sorry things did not work out in another country. I pray that time passes quickly for Rosemary and she passes the pre-surgery tests here. I am glad it is not impossible to do. And if it is meant to be she may move up the waiting list sooner.
Hang in there P,
Debbie

Thanks, guys. She's a tough little girl, but the "little girl" seems to be showing more often through the "tough" these days.

Pierre,
So sorry this isn't the news you wanted to hear. We'll be praying for all of you.
