The new Homeland Security Bill has passed. Things will be different now.

Internet surfing will be tracked by the FBI with a non-intrusive method.
The FBI says you will not notice anything different.

Right. You probably won't notice any difference. They don't know what to do with all the surveillance data they have already. I've read about evidence that Sep 11 was about to happen, but it got lost in the swarm of threats for every other day. At this rate, how long until they choke?
