Bumping this up for Shirley. (Sorry I'm not able to make it!) [Frown]

Here's some info.-

This event is being held at Shirley's shop, The Sign Shoppe.

The meet is being held during Renfrew's summer festival ValleyFest.

The Main Street (that the shop is on) will be closed to traffic to make room for various shows, bands and attractions. There will be live entertainment all weekend.

Bill Reidel has offered a carving demonstration for any Letterheads who are interested. There will be any number of "pub style" signs to work on, a number of farm signs if anyone wants to try their hand at small pictorals and an old Chevy that should look similar to a fire truck when it's done, for the pinstripers.

If you have children, you'll want to checkout Storyland at www.storyland.on.ca If you need an adrenaline rush, you'll want to try some Whitewater Rafting. More details at www.wildernesstours.com

Looks like it'll be a fun one! [Big Grin]

Thanks Terry,

Sorry you can't make it. I was looking forward to meeting you after all our telephone conversations.
I'll see you in Quebec City.

Barb is trying to post this event on the "Future Live Meets" page. If anyone is interested, you can look for it there.

We're excited about having everyone come for the weekend. We've got some very exciting projects lined up. Too bad it's such short notice!!!

Bob Darnell: I'll email you the info, incase you don't read this, but camping rates range from $25.00/night at the KOA to $16.00/night at the privately owned grounds and are only 5-10 minutes
away.

Chuck, would be great to see you again after what?....12 years!!!

Update: Friday night is pub night at the Thirsty Parrot, Saturday at Finnigan's Roadhouse. There are live bands all day/night, in front of my shop, beer gardens are next door, so it's up to everyone whatever they want to do.There will definitely be no lack of entertainment.

Doug Bernhardt: no, we don't have to restore those signs you made....how many years ago???

Can't wait to see everyone!!!Have a safe trip up.
