I started a new thread so the multiple pics in addition to the ones on the previous thread wont slow you down. I’m on a 56K modem at home and it is pretty slow…

Pic 3. I must admit, I was quite pleased with the results of the handle on the gouge. I am looking for suggestions for the gouge blade color. I don’t think silver leaf will look good… Also, I’m a rookie in that arena too.
Any more progress to post team??

Why not use alumunum leaf? It's cooler than paint.

Terry, I put the obligatory 15-degree bevel on the gouge. I feel your pain about your broken ribbon. I would use a wooden dowel with the glue.
