I do work for a (very)small mall that wants the tall banners mounted on light poles(3). I got pricing for the brackets from Creative Banner and Custom Banner.

However, I have never used or lettered the fabric banners. I was told to use Sunbrella or Mainstreet fabric material for the banners and then paint the graphics. (The designs are different on each banner, so screenprinting is out) Custom Banner said one customer who does this often uses a standard house-paint primer, then standard house paint for the graphics over the primer (using paint mask or freehand)

Anyone have experience with this?
Thanks in advance!

Alan- go to this sites "Step-by-Steps" and read Glenn Taylors article on doing awnings. It has detailed instructions w/ photos.
