I am currently considering buying an enVision 375 plotter to go with my Edge. I purchased the Gerber Edge cp Package last July and the gs15plus plotter it came with stinks! It's slow, and the blades drag over my Edge prints which is very frustrating! I spoke to the tech dept where I purchased it and apparently this is a known problem. (why sell this to go with the edge then?) Any how regardless of the dragging it is sloooooow, and the shop that I woked for for 9 years (before I went out on my own)had an old supersprint that worked like a champ! I really miss it! I'm demo-ing an envision 375 right now, I like it but before I commit I'm wondering what the consesus is out there. I've always sworn by Gerber, and there doesn't seem to be alot of choices for 15'' sprocket plotters out there. Any Opinions/Suggestions?

I have one and I love it. Super fast and awesome cutting quality. Never had any other sprocket plotters though so I have nothing to compare it to. I think you'll find a lot of people that have this plotter on www.4edgetalk.com

I also have one. Awesome cutting speed. I had my blade set too deep the other day and it tore apart a 16ft job! So I punched it and broke it bad.

Ditto to the above...I love my Envision! I have a great product with superior tech support. Before you buy, call Advantage @ 800-522-3698 and choose option 3 for tech support. Ask them if it is a known problem for the GS plotter to do that. I think it odd that they are sold as a set.

I've had mine for over 4 years and love it. Once you get used to the noise, its a great machine.

Thanks For the replies! I was pretty much sold on it and this clinches the deal. [Smile]

our has been great. i have went into the GSPplot menus and adjusted the speed and punch force to better suit the plotter for the work we do. it's nice to have that flexibility. the envision 375 is the best match for an Edge printer.

Stacey, I'll add my Name to the Satisfied Owners of this Machine, Mine is now 41/2 years old, the only time it did'nt work right is when It needed a drop of oil in the knife assembly, it has run flawlessly ever since, and let me tell you I put through thousands of feet of vinyl every month, it is a workhorse. Go with it, and like someone else said it's a perfect match with the edge, no complaints here!
