I've gotta crank out some 4x8 Omega Boards QUICK!! These are just going to be used for 3 days outside so what's my best bet for a QUICK-drying paint on this stuff?? Waterbased acrylic/latex or 1-Shot?? Local weather is temps in the 70's with a 60 degree dew point. Any ideas on length of dry time involvd??
Just scuff-sand with 220 grit, wipe down, & paint, right? Do I really need to add Frog Juice to the 1-Shot (as the factory reccomends) or can I get by without it since I don't have any aailable. Do have some ti-cote available if that'll help.

Your quickest effort would be to paint the background with vinyl ink,....takes about 20 minutes ta dry Chris,...my next option would be a good prep with rapid prep then tie coat the whole thing. That should dry in about an hr,...next step one shot,...if you make sure ya have a good base of tie coat it shouldn't take much longer to dry than on normal mdo. Whatever ya do make sure ya have a good sealing coat between the plastic coating and the one shot,...it's the plasticizers migrating thru to the one shot that can make this job take a horribly long time to dry.once you seal them in good with the tie coat things should work just about the same as if you were painting on a normal primer.

Thanks Timi!!! I think that gives me enough info so I'm headed back to the shop with a plan now.
