2.) Alphabets of Atkinson Volume #1 by The Fontry.

One dozen of the finest examples of Art Nouveau lettering anywhere! The Alphabets of Atkinson, Volume One, represents the best-of-the-best by sign-industry legend Frank H. Atkinson. His book, Sign Painting was published almost 100 years ago and has become the artistic standard for generations of signpainters and computer-aided signmakers. The dozen Alphabets of Atkinson cover the gamut of historical styles, from ornate tuscans to flowing scripts, all of which expertly complement a secondary range of Atkinson's less-elaborate workhorse styles that are still classics in their own right. There's something here for every signmaker, from the ordinary to the extraordinary. All 12 alphabets have complete character ranges and are published on CD.

Thanks much GBC... I'm certainly a holographic user with some of our race car customers. I don't want to admit that I've won something here before for fear of having my name tucked under the rug, but I HAVE WON BEFORE!!! So it pays to be a Letterville resident. Hey, since we're on the subject of winning and being lucky... I've read some of the other posts that some of you have never won anything... I won a trip to Florida including airfare, car rental, tickets to Universal Studios and a 5 piece luggage set. (It was a movie trivia contest through a local radio station... that's how I won the trip) Then my wife won a trip to Florida 2 years later on another radio station!

Now, if I never win again on Letterheads, I'll know why but I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Thanks Barb & Steve for these drawings. As said before it really is a nice perk for being a resident. Thanks also to Auto Art Magazine. I called them about a month ago for a sample, because several people told me it was a magazine I ought to subscribe to. Now I get to try it for free. Free stuff always has a use.

A big thank you to Cambridge Canvas for the Bandanna Banner. I use it all the time and I know it will come in handy this summer. What a great surprise to come home from painting the Mother inlaws house (am I a house trim head?) and receive this email. Another 2 thumbs up for the Bull Board! [Smile]
