Just wondering: Are some Linux softwares available for our trade? Do you heard of cutting software for the Linux platform?

There was a free version of Corel Draw for Linux a few years ago. Gimp is somewhat like photoshop and is available free. In fact, I have more free linux software than I could learn in 6 lifetimes.
I put linux on a computer but it drives me crazy when I use it. I know something can be done but I fumble around for 5 min. trying to figure out how. When I download something from the Internet it requires a windows computer to execute the file anyway. It's tough to fight millons of MS windows computers.
