Looks nice... the only critique I have, and I don't know enough about web design to tell you how to fix it, is that when it's viewed at a fairly high resolution (1280x1024)the pages use only about 60% of the width of the screen and less than half of the screen height. Makes for a lot of blank screen. Granted, not everyone uses high resolution, but every year it seems, resolutions do get pushed higher, and most commercial sites, including the letterhead website, use the entire screen no matter what resolution is used to view.

The image used in the header (the mountain scene) is compressed too much, or it's just been enlarged past that certain threshold - ie: it's pixelated.
