I was wondering if anyone had any waivers to release the person hiring subs and the location where you are working at. I had signed one a long while back and had to have it notorized since we were going to letter a water tank to release that company if something was to happen to us while working up that high. But I have no idea where that document is now, it's been about 14 years ago now. Do any of you use them when you sub out work?

I've obtained similar things at well stocked stationary and office supply stores. But call first. Things aren't like they always were.

HEY......Cisco
Recently,I have had to create a "wife waiver" to be given to the customer that needs to (show) his
wife the layout!
GOES LIKE THIS
I....(wife's name)do hereby give permission to...
(husband's name)to allow said work...(discription)
to be completed.
years married..... wife's signature.......date...

Hope this helps [Wink] [Wink] [Wink]

Pat [Big Grin] , that's a good one I got a past time chuckle out of it. Sort of reminded me of an old poster I saw once.
Anyway my friend that's not exactly what I was looking for, but I'll try James plan, maybe there might be something I can pick a few words out of.

thanks again...
