I think there is a step by step somewhere on this site. I also think there is a somewhat new service of being able to post pics that you are not hosting on your own site, but if you have your own site & can ftp a pic up to that server (hold pixel width to under 600 pixels wide) then you simple click the image button below where you type your post & you will bring up a box where the URL is entered to point to that pic.

Rick..First you have to have a place on the internet to upload the picture to. (most ISP's provide some space for a website or to upload pictures). You then use a file transfer program like WS-FTP to upload the picture. Then you can post the image here by using the "image" button and inserting the URL where that picture is located.

Rick, I had the same question a couple of days ago, if you go to the Tips and Tricks Forum, you will find a post there entitled "How Do I Post a Picture" (I think that's the title). Anyway it was posted by Barb Shortreed and shore enuf, it works just great.
