He made the mistake of calling from his sister's house in Coeur d' Alene. Not knowing who he was calling, she had told him that her phone was an "anonymous" hookup. It wasn't. Got the sucker on caller ID. He's being served a subpoena out of Flathead County. I'll be able to face him by next monday, albeit with a screen between us. His description fits the stalker from a year and a half ago who showed up in town early morning at our studio. The one Rosemary faced down with a Kimber. She won't have to see him again, but I will. I damned well will! Thank you all for the support and the very kind emails. Damn! keep your kids' pictures off the net!

Great news! too bad terroristic threatening is probably illegal to do to people who deserve it, this guy should get mail in his cell everyday advising him of the harsh consequences of being let out of the cage.

They couldn't hold him, Si. He stopped dead in his tracks when she pulled the Kimber. She was on her back on the ice, but he didn't reach her or touch her. His explanation was that he simply wanted to meet the girl who ran the Basics forum on AW. At 4:30 in the morning?? Right. They treated his fractured wrist and he left (supposedly) for Denver. The info was logged in, however, in case anything further were to occur. Damn, I hope it's him. And I hope they don't end up releasing him. I don't want to be in jail.

Absolutely, Rick. Today was a bit traumatic for her, so she'll be back with you all in a day or two. She's not well enough to work yet, so I'm sure she'll be whith you when she has the computer.

Some stalkers will become so obsessive that they NEVER give up. I hope that this guy isn't one of those types. There was a case a while back where Anne Murray, a well-known Canadian singer was plagued by just such an individual. In spite of court orders, jail sentences, fines, and numerous convictions, he persisted in continuing to stalk her at every opportunity. Hopefully, this will be the end of this ordeal for your family, and that things will get back to normal.

In this country, you are innocent until proven guilty. Pierre, as long as there are no witness to anything, there are ways to get rid of bodies. Besides, you were at Si's. I am hooked on forensic files and the other shows like that on court tv. I have some theories....

Dad and the Sheriff Deputy got the jerk!! Yayyyy! :^) But I'm not so tough, Deb. I was really scared this time. Last time I didn't have time to be scared till after he ran to his van! I just reacted the way I was supposed to I guess, but I wasn't really thinking about it at all. He was suddenly there and I fell on the ice and I got my pistol out and he saw it and ran. After that Dad was there and I sat in his lap and cried like a baby. I was scared all right! I didn't stop shaking for an hour! I hate this stuff!! And it was stupid stupid stupid for me to use my pictures on websites like everyone else was. I just wanted to be part of it all. Oh well.
