Hey John, Thats some sad news for your friend for sure. 28 is just way too young. I'm sure thats gotta be a bummer for you too. I'd like to extend my sympathy for all her friends & relatives grieving the loss of one so young. I will send my prayers out.

I'm not sure I would know what to write in an email, but hope the prayers of the letterheads reach your friend & offer some comfort.
