I have a customer that wants to have a black light reflective sign put in his bar window. Can anyone tell me a source for black light reflective paints or vinyl? i have never used either or and don't know what I will experience. Also the front of his building never catches direct sunlight so the worry of the sun killing it should be reduced or so it was explained to me by him.....You know a customer that always knows best!!!!!!!! LMAO Josh

My kids got some stuff from "Spencer Gifts" once. Waterbased stuff, glows good. If ya can't find stuff from a sign supplier, maybe try a novelty shop or craft store or something.

Josh, I used Wildfire water based blacklight paints available from High Output. http://www.highoutput.com/ Double coated urethane resin props with it 3 years ago, however they are stored indoors and out of the direct sunlight. blacklight effect was awesome. Ron

i'm not sure if i'm reading your question correctly.
do you want bright colors that "pop" under black light (fluorescent colors), or glow-in-the-dark?
if you want fluorescents, you can use many of the 6-month vinyl floescents. Calon makes a 3-6 month flourescent (series 1750) that's great under black-light. They make a 1-year flourescent that doesn't do anything under blacklight -- its really a "day-glo" film.
"Day-glo" colors are not flourescent -- they "pop" under full-spectrum lights.
1-shot's flourescent paints look GREAT under blacklight (except the blue). they make a "Topcoat UV Flourescent Clear" to go over them and give greater durability and UV protections.
i have done a few blacklight jobs, for nightclubs, but only interior, and only for short term use.
