I am trying to finish a sign tonight and my Gerber Edge quit working. The error message is the LPT2 cannot be opened. The print will start and then the ribbon continues to roll but it doesn't print. Can someone help me? [Confused]

cynthia did u reboot? and I mean shut down and cold boot?

I would rebot also.
Maybe check the way it is sent,
sometimes I have to close quick plot and
send the image like a NEW file.
Maybe a connection is dirty.

Didn't you get your Edge through Advantage?

I'd call Rob or Domingo and have them walk you through it.

BTW, how have you been?

Had the same problem recently . Problem could just be static. But mine was that the Rainbow sentinal driver wasn't set up correctly.
