Hi Brian,
You want to talk to Sharon Toji at Access Communications 310.323.5210. She has a book about ADA and signage, she sells the licensing for the "Raster" Braille method, and she also manufacturers those signs and knows where to get all the neccessary bits and all. You will also need a translation software, I can only reccomend Duxbury, as Im sure she will too.
Hope this helps
Rick

There is either software or a font (not sure which it is) available from Gerber to do braille but I think it is on the expensive side. Check with your Gerber distributor or call Gerber direct.

Brian,
I run the same router here and "boy do we ever" use it for braille! I've done thousands in the past year alone.
There is a special font & bit for what they call "relief braille" (the kind where you engrave out around the dots)
You use the drill function in ArtPath and yet another font & bit for the fancy type of braille, "raster", where it drills the hole and you add the braille dot after the fact. This is the one we use most. I'd be glad to get Gerber bit part #'s for you or discuss it in more detail if you would like to email me or call.
