The guy that gave me these letters said it was a Letroset font named Hercules. I found a font with that name, but it was very different. This is not a Hobo font as far as I can tell. Thank you, Gary.

it's Letraset Herkules, i could not find a digital version through Letraset or Google search.

Scott is correct and the spelling is Herkules. Designed by Haas and the one digital version in our font database no longer is available (at least that can be shown on the internet.) That source is PrimaFont and they can be emailed through their closed down website to verify that what they are calling Herkules is the same:

BTW, the site is in German and says, in essence, that they are no longer selling on the internet but will fill orders placed by email or fax.

Not only did I find it on the web, I found a site where you can download it free!

Thanks all. I needed to cut these 18" letters from 1 1/8" plywood from this type right away so they could mount them on a new building that's getting this plastic stucco sprayed on it. The job is done. I blew up that bitmap and drew the letters and had enough info to ad lib the letters I don't have.
