The postman pulled up about 10 minutes ago with a large flat package for me. I immediately started exclaiming - "MY PANEL!" - the postman looked at me a little strange but handed over my package. Yes, it was my panel!!!!!!
I can't begin to tell you how cool it is. I had tears in my eyes when I opened it up. Shirley put an incredible amount of work, care and love into it.
I'm sure that Terry will post the pictures soon.
Okay, this has totally shamed me into getting my stuff out in the next 48 hours. Posted by Terry Whynott (Member # 1622) on :
I'll post a bigger better pic with the rest of them tonite. The back "boards" are faux painted. The spoon and gingerbread man are carved HDU. I love this panel!

No doubt about the tears....that panel is a knock out! Good thing it didn't get sent earlier before the gingerbread man was ready to come outta the oven.

Wow, I'm glad you FINALLY got your panel Kimberly!
Just yesterday I'd emailed Terry and said I was getting concerned that you hadn't received it yet.
I'm glad too, that you enjoyed it! I had some fun with that project and made a "mini" for the showroom here.
This panel swappin' is a lot of fun. I also got your email, Kimberly and will check out that link to your fathers work today sometime.
Thanks Terry!! for posting and for putting this whole swap together!I'll talk to you soon.
Cheers!
