Check in with Jackson & Adrienne in Port Angeles...I heard some kind of rumor they might be putting something together.

Raymond, If ya got a valid passport.... there's going to be a Letterhead Meet in Nanaimo, B.C. late Sept. /03. Nanaimo is on Vancouver Island, about 70 miles north of Victoria. You can take the Port Townsend Ferry over to Victoria.
The posting isn't up yet, date not confirmed, but email Susan Banasky at Source Signs in Nanaimo.

Hi Raymond....are you close to Jim? A Seattle meet would be great. Wish I had a large shop!!

Cheryl I am across the big pond in Bremerton. Have no idea where anyone else is. I want to become a for real sign maker and thought a meet would be a great place to get picked on and to pick up some learning.

As Mike said, plans are underway for a meet in Nanaimo. From what I hear it should be a great lettle laid back meet. I'll be there for sure as will others who are regulars here.
Vancouver Island is beautiful. and Nanaimo is right on the ocean, the scenery alone is worth the trip. The world famous mural town of Chemainus (where we lived for 18 years)is only 20 minutes south down the highway.
Plan on being there!

For those of you reading this post....we need just a few more days to finalize negotiations with the facility of choice and confirm dates. Watch "Future Meets" and trade magazines. We have some very talented people coming. More info as it gets confirmed. Thanks for your patience. Sue
