After installing the software into my new computer, half the tools are missing! I went through all the trouble shooting stuff, removed and reloaded 4 times so far and still no luck. It works, but, not like it did on the past 3 computers. Half the tools and other items are missing. Is some other program covering them up? I am running Windows 98 and this really baffles me. I can't get those guys at tech support at Roland Digital to return my calls and I just can't stay on hold for an hour!! Thanks for any and all input!

John I'm sure you've checked to see if you are opening in your favotite profile. Mine is Signwizard. Beacon Graphics has been helpful w/ a signmate problem I had...can't open AI10 files.
