OK, silly question, is this the French word for grease: graisse
I'm making labels for a manufacuturer who ships a product to France.

yes it is!
grease = graisse
fat = gras
if it's to "grease a machine" ...then the word would be "lubrifier" or "graisser"

Thanks! It is a label to show to operator where to "grease" the machine... with an arrow pointing to a grease zerk (sp?).
