Gotta 48" cutter that the blade appears to be sticking. Either that or the circuit board is not telling the blade to lift before it has to drag itself to the new location and start a new cut. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't.

Sound familiar????
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

the plotter should have a test cut routine if the problem persist during that test it is in the plotter,...otherwise it is in your software which you do not say or describe in your question.
Hope this helps ya!

The soft ware is Flexi pro.(i doubt it's the software) The other 3 vinyl cutters are also on FSPRO. One of the 3 other plotters is also a 48" Vinyl express. My first born Daughters name is Cora if that helps.

I can do a test cut and have it come out perfect, then hit "SEND" through my plot manager and its dragging from point to point. Then I can hit "SEND" again and it will work perfectly again.
It's very spontaneos and spuratic(speratic?)like no rhyme or reason.
