I have a cartridge customer who is trying to manually turn off certain jets on his Encad Pro 60e printer. I can do this on my Pro 600e but I'm not sure if this is possible on the 60e.

If anyone knows if this is possible please post the menu selections to go into on the control panel.

I know that the Pro 60e will automatically compensate for Electrically defective jets.... but he wants to turn off jets that may be clogged.

Thanks Much,

Kent DeSautel

or wait till Monday and give Encad a call. Hope this helps...Cisco

Hello Cisco,

I did take a look on Encads knowledge base..... but couldn't find any info on manually turning off the jets on the Proe.

Thanks for the thought....

Kent
