Can anyone direct me to a site or give me some information on how to go about getting licensed to produce products with college logos? Thanks in advance.

It is not easy or cheap to be licensed. you not only have to go through CLC but also NCAA and the individual schools. You'll have to pay royalties of varying amounts to each school for every item sold and they will check.
Also, most big schools only allow a certain number of companies for each product sold.
For example, if you wanted to sell decals they will see if they already have enough vendors for that particular item and if so they won't take any more.
Also, it's very cut throat in the pricing area. They always look for the cheapest. You end up working yourself to death for no money.
Used to work for a company that does nothing but collegiate and now professional sports. He is always busy but can barely make payroll!!
