Only in the frozen north would you see a road hockey net in the FRONT yard... LOL!

Have a great one!

As I was out getting the mail today I enjoyed seeing the surrounding mountains white with snow... plenty close enough for my taste!

Enjoy! and have a wonderful Christmas!

Merry Christmas Suelyn, that is an especially beautiful sight to these Louisiana eyes. Rain is predicted here for Christmas.

Drizzling and gloomy with rain here today.
Your scenery is right for the season Suelyn!
Throw a few snowballs for me okay?

Oh, how pretty! I miss snow so much. With the big storm having hit Los Angeles, at least we now have snow on the San Gorgonio Mtns to the Northwest of us. Other than that, we finally got some rain. The newscasters are having special "Storm Coverage" - for like an eighth of an inch of rain. Pretty funny.

Very pretty! I like to visit it but don't know about living with it!!

Kimberly, when I lived in San Diego it rained for 3 straight days and flooded all over the place. I remember them having first annual raft races in mall parking lots. Also, my roof had a leak and caved in then flooded the apartment below me too. Rain scares those southern CA folks! HE HE!

Suelynn, have fun in all that snow and be careful on the snow mobile!

Glad you were able to snap a picture of it for everyone. We still didn't get our roads cleared. Snowbanks everywhere.
The kids and the dog are having a blast.
Merry Christmas.

I'm glad you are enjoying seeing our snow!

Don, this is the first real snowfall that has amounted to anything, very late this year for snow. Maybe now you will see some snowmen or angels.

Bruce, the kids play hockey on the front street, you'll see nets, sticks, sleds etc in front of every other house here. In the summer, it is replaced with bikes, scooters and basketball nets. No need to lock it up for the night...one perk to living in a small community.

Happy holidays everyone!!

Suelynn

(Yes Nettie, I'll throw a few snowballs for you!)

Suelynn, it's beautiful, but I just got back from Cancun and if I had my druthers (choice, for you non-Southerners) I'd take the 82 degrees and the margarita every time........
