I just got a job for something a little different than what im used to
100 2 color 4'x 4' signs on coroplast all the same
I have limited screen printing experience mostly on small 1 color Vinyl signs with nazdar 9700 ink but I would have to buy a bigger screen and squeegee and im not sure if i could pull it off especially with time constraints. would anybody try to do this with vinyl?
subing out the job looks like the best idea. one name I Know of is Gateway Press has any body used them before they claim to be able to get us our signs in 10 days.

See if Stouse does that size sign. They do a lot of decals & smaller election sign type stuff. If they do 4' x 4' coroplast I would expect a real fair price & they are very well known. 10 days is pretty quick, is that when you need them? I don't know if anyone would do vinyl, but I doubt it. I screenprint a lot of stuff & have screens & squeegees that big, but I wouldn't do it either because I'm not that experienced with coroplast & what I have done gave me trouble. Good Luck

If you did them in vinyl, you'd probably shoot yourself half way through. You COULD use large format, but I'd pass them both up for screening. I'd also farm IT out. I dont think there'd be enough $$$ in it to do it yourself. Farming it out would give you "some" profit with little work!

ha ha Bob.....like me and my decals. Get them screened Richard. Gill Studios is another good screener.
