Well, thanks so much guys!
Here's a picture that I posted on Doug's Apple post. It's a crab "gift box" made from foccacia bread with mirco-greens.
When I get a chance, I'll post more pictures of stuff like the turkey that I've done. Have to find them first.

This little guy is fun....I made him for the table for a Christmas party. The "snowhill" is cauliflower, the "skis" are banana peels, the body is a kiwi, scallion arms, zucchini legs, jalapeno hat.
