She's concerned that you folks think that she's deserted the forum. She hasn't. She has now degenerated into Anorexia and has thus far sustained three Grand Mall Siezures. She was hospitalized for a time and stabilized but we now have her in Lost Prairie under 24 hour supervision. All of her upper teeth are in a cast from the fall from siezure number one. One of us accompanies her everywhere she goes within the house and for walks outside. She's on a special high concentrate liquid diet until her body weight gets above 109 pounds. She's feeling quite a bit better now and every day that passes without a siezure is a definite sign of progress. I would like to thank those who sent her cards. It's made a difference for her to see that she's not alone. My Mother asks that there be no phone calls. Things are a little disrupted here with Dad recuperating from his cancer surgery and Mom has more than her hands full. Thank you for understanding this, guys.
Latigo.............. her brother.

Latigo - thanks; this is just heartbreaking. I have wondered about Rosemary, and had her in my thoughts and prayers. I did not know that Pierre was sick with cancer. I pray that your family will persevere through these trials, and ask you to please stay strong, and every now and then, continue to update us.

May God speed your recovery, Rosemary and Pierre. I know you have the strength to overcome this malady. You have exhibited so much strength and get up and go on the board through the years and I personally want to thank you for that. This Thanksgiving is now, and you have been in my prayers for a long time now. We know you are here, and we were just patiently waiting, you see, and nobody is going anywhere, there' s always an open door for you. All my love, sweetie, Deb and Arthur Lat, I know that Pierre, your mom and Rosemary ar very proud of you for helping with the family and the business Please ask for help with the shop and such to preserve your energy.

Best wishes for all of you coming from the Newfoundland. I did'nt even know that anyone was sick.

Thank all of you so much. I'll print this off on Sunday for her to read. I know it'll pick her up. Her appointment this morning shows she is very near 109 pounds. Once the Anorexia is under control we can work on the rest again.
Rick, thank you, and I have a whole new perspective on what it takes for Dad to keep this studio moving. Never in my life have I had a 3 week period that left me completely exhausted and emotionally wiped out. I'll never question his priorities again!

I thought of Rosemary today. Althought I've never met her, we have shared an occasional email (mostly about our weddings) and I saw an email this morning that made me think of her. It was all kinds of stuff about PMS. The one that I love and I know she'll like too is
PMS really stands for Pass My Shotgun
Tell her I'm thinking of her and I wish both her & Pierre speedy recoveries.

I don't post as much as I use to, but read daily. Rosemary and Pierre, I sure miss your interaction on this board. Your comments never ceased to make me smile in some way. Hope the mending goes fast and you can get back ASAP!
Thanks Latigo for keeping us updated. And it sounds like you're doing a fantastic job keeping everything glued together. Way to go.

Thank you, Donna. Dad has a lot of respect for an awful lot of you and I happen to know that he does plan on returning to your forum with my sister. I'm not much on internet posting myself, in fact almost never, but you guys sure seem to be a cool bunch of people.
