Pardon my French, but now that I'm getting the hang of this coonass thing, I'm taking my new washboard and starting a band. Kathy and R.T., that was a fantastic meet with all the regional flavor I had hoped for. The usual suspects and the first-timers all blended into a Cajun roux (did I spell that right?) and made it a very special event. Thanks also to the many members of the Washboard Backup Boogie Band. We have pictures!

Les Bon Temp Roulez! And the good times did roll! Marie Loveau was a hit with the men especially. We got pictures!! Everyone enjoyed joining in the Washboard Backup Boogie Band! The Louisiana food was great..we got beads and paraded around the shop like at Mardi Gras. Look for video available on Head TV soon. RT and Kathy, we appreciate the time and effort that went into making Coupe du Main a special event. Thanks to Kathy & Lloyd for inviting us into your home. Thanks RT and Curtis for making easels and all the things you did to help make this meet happen. Even the rain didn't dampen the Letterhead Spirit at this meet! To all those who missed this meet..yall missed a good 'en!! Judy

Yep the good times sure did roll! I think all of you have become "transplanted Cajuns", glad everyone had a great time.
You people are cooler than the water in the swimmin' pool!
A Big Thanks to the organizers, now take the next few days off!
