It's 4pm and we're all checked in at the Friendly Inn. The flight down was wonderful!
It's nice to be back in New Orleans. The temp is 95F, but I hear Kathy has a pool. We're looking forward to seeing all our old Letterhead Pals and enjoying another taste of the South.
The good news is that it's still not too late for you fence sitters to join us. Everything you need to know is at http://www.letterhead.com/events.html Posted by Santo (Member # 411) on :
I'll finally get to meet you and Barb tomorrow morning.

Ya mean I get to meet the mayor too! Wow! Can't wait to get there, packin all the stuff we need and we'll be setting out around 8:30am or so. (to let the Baton Rouge traffic settle down) It's about a two hour (maybe a little less) drive for us.
We'll be there with bells on!

Yeah, VERY nice panels, Jeff & Mark!!! The wife, Lynn, had strep throat last week and NOW I have come down with it!!! We were planning on splitting out of here early thirty in the morning and hang out with our buds in the evening.... But, not gonna happen..... I will send my regrets on to Kathy as she was really expecting us. We got very little wind and rain from the storm on this end. Mostly in the central Florida area. Hope you guys have an awesome time and I will be kicking myself every minute for missing such a wonderful time put together by a newbee!!!! That Kathy,,,, she ROCKS !!!!

They have finally found a way to keep me off the BB and chat for a few days. It was brought to my front door live! Ayeeeeeeeeeeee!
Jeff, your panel looks beautiful, I love the crawdad and "Doing it Dixie style!"
Mark, I know yours is beautiful! It arrived safely and I will treasure it. (& I love Momtgomery Bound) When Timi pulled out his Yamaha Fri. night he was grinnin' but had no one to pick with. I missed my Bammer Buddy! Cheryl Lucas took it over for a while and even sang a few bars for us. We are blessed with some multi-talented Letterheads.
John I hope you feel better, you really sounded bad on the phone. I thought about you often during the meet and we missed ya. We had fun talking about the time we had at your meet. I think they like you better because I didn't get up and make biscuits and omelets! BTW we turned Sonny Franks into a Zydeco King!
Cisco, of course we missed you too! Everyone asked about you. I wondered all weekend how you and your Mom & Dad were doing. Prayers and best wishes.
