If you don't find a source for the pre-fab product you are seeking, you might want to consider 3M's VHB (Very High Bond) double sided tapes.

Hiya Johnny, If you can't find a local source and wish not to go with Jon's suggestion, try a local digital printer. Most print shops that do large format printing should be able to laminate adheasive to any flat stock you supply them. Some shops may not want to be bothered, so you may have to try a few.
