Hi Tom, Here's an old picture that was given to me before his death, from Hoot Gibson a sign painter who gave me his last set of brushes, a few photos, his sign kit he had since he was a young man. If we can figure how to ship it, I would donate his sign kit to your museum, I've had it for over 15 years now, but I think it would make him happy knowing others can see his old kit, and some of his photos. I will try and get you a photo of his sign kit later today.
On the back it says San Pedro, CA 1925-28 left to right... his brother John McKenzie-Boss, Bill Wright-Sign Painter, Jack Stewart-Helper, Boyd Charles-Card Writer, "Bookie"- ?Bookkeeper. I Lynn Gibson worked there too.
