Spoke to Cadlink UK today and they told me it is being Beta tested in US / Canada and Uk at the moment and released in September as an add on module having just purchased an Edge and Omega software i thought as i was a Signlab fan what is this module going to do that Omega does not, anybody Beta testing this add on! please tell me more

Cadlink wouldn't even respond to my email about the new module. Heck, I would love to be a beta tester, anything is better than Graphix Advantage. As far as beta testers now, I would bet Glenn is.

David I was really shy about changing to Omega from GA...there is a "little" learning curve. But having had it awhile now and having been beta testing 1.56, I would recomend the upgrade, I not only did that, I just bought an Edge too.
Its very smooth and trouble free....I guess its what you get used too. I have Signlab E6 too but do most on my Omega, I have heard about the Edge module but no more as yet.

When I upgraded from Graphic Advantage to Omega the price was $595 - probably still somewhere around there. I bought it actually before it had been released and then kept it over a year before installing it because of the bad reports it was getting on crashing and some other problems.
I looking forward to the latest revision to see how much better it works.
I know some folks that are doing some testing for Cadlink, but if I told you I would have to kill you.
