It's close to clarendon, but not close enough for me. Sorry about the big picture, wanter to show the font as big as possible. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.  -

It looks a bit like something out of the Clarendon family.

Its in the Century Schoolbook family - Bitstream - or - Monotype font foundries will have it

I think Benji's right.

If not for the slightly slanted top serifs on the C & E's, that could be Century Schoolbook Bold. If you had to - you could alter them.
