I'm doing one right now and I've started with my first 2 panels and Ive got a one inch overlap is
that too much? looks bad from upclose but will look good when its lighted up..

I try to keep the overlap to a minimum, 1" is too much. Just enough overlap to allow for any shrinkage.

one-eighth overlap will usually suffice. If it is lettered with translucent vinyl you will see a one inch overlap from a mile away, the double thickness makes it darker. If the vinyl is completely opaque (ie: black) then you can overlap as much as you want.

I got it from east west plastic the best I could get the other ones wanted me to buy a whole truck load .Thanks guys for the help Its really appreciated.
