Hi everyone from england, My question is I have a 120" x 36" P.V.C. Banner on which I need to change half the background colour from white to red. Would it be practical to use a foam sponge to roll screen printing ink on ?. Spraying is out of the question, are there any otherways if the roller method is no good. Best regards Brian

i'm not from England, but i have rolled screen inks. works fine -- you'll need to thin it quite a bit to "paint" consistency. (the ink is too sticky otherwise).

ditto what scooter said, except you didn't mention what kind of screen inks (of which there are many) I guess you mean vinyl inks ... then I ditto scooter again plus... be aware that vinyl inks eat up most foam sponge rollers pretty quick so keep a few handy for when they start to go flop-flop-flop ... and vinyl in nappy rollers makes it look like you painted it with a shedding cat
