I recently emailed the file to a source that does these larger prints for me. Got back a fine job printed on CONTROLTAC. I sprayed it with Frog Juice and applied to windows. In a very short time the edges were lifting. Is there a problem with F-Juice and ControlTac?

Rick; Wow, there are so many variables here it's tough to know where to start. The first thing you need to know is what kind of Controltac you have.
You see "Controltac" is actually 3m's brand name for the adhesive system not the whole substrate adesive package. Controltac adhesive has tiny little glass bubbles suspended in it (no I'm not making this up, I've acually got a little jar of these bubble things)that keep the adhesive from grabbing untill you squegee it hard enough to crush the bubbles and force the adhesive onto the recieving surface.
Did you by any chance apply these wet? Controltac materials can take a while to grab when applied wet because the glass bubbles will slide around and not crush causing lessened adhesion, so you really have to squegee the crap out of it!
The other thing is that Controltac materials come in more flavors than you'd ever want to know about. Some are cast vinyl, some are wierd cast hybrids, etc. They also come with different coatings to make them receptive to thermal tranfer, e-stat, printing inks, dyes, whatever. The material's coating may be going funky with the juice.
If you can get me a material number, ie. 8620c, 8640. 680-10, etc. I'll ask my 3M people if there is a compatibility issue.

I have used up a 50 yard roll of 3M controltac, using it on all kinds of different things and have not had any problems. I know I did squeegie pretty hard, knowing about the small capsules that have to break open. Maybe thats your only problem. What I like about it is if you ever have to remove it, there is no residue, it pulls off with the vinyl.

I apply control tac alot never had that problem, I install dry only, I never covered with frog juice, I think that would void the warranty If you need new decals I wouldn't tell them about the juice they will probably want you to pay again, Control tac you got to press pretty hard comply vinyl I use a light application, always order comply vinyl, If you can get it, it is so easy to install you almost can't screw it up.

No, its not gonna bond in 90 seconds like Cast premium grade, but it won't take 60 minutes either!!! Remember to follow instructions and ONLY clean with Rapid Tac products and CHEAP grocerystore paper towell !!

The digital prints seem to require some UV protection and I assume Butch's product to be the best out there.
The company that prints these for me advises a clear coat for exterior applications.
