Hey folks, thought I would share this with you (with the shop owner's OK)..
I went to a local t-shirt printer to get a quote on printing some shirts.. nice li'l subcontract work for me.. no overhead and all profit.
Anyway.. On the quote sheet there is a list of terms and conditions.. In case you need help wording your own version, here's how his are written.
This quotation is good for 30 days as of (insert Date here).
Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods will be shipped at contracted prices.
Terms: 50% down. balance due upon delivery for custom orders where we supply goods for printing.
Total Quantity Pricing: Only similar goods which can be printed using the same screens and same process can be combined for quantity pricing. To qualify for quantity pricing the entire order must be printed and shipped at one time.
Art Charges: There is no art charge for orders with camera-ready art. A charge will be assessed for major retouching or cleanup. Charges will be quoted prior to performance. Film positives and screens remain the property of the printing company. Customer supplied art will be returned if requested at time of order.
Cancellations will be charged for services performed and materials used. Orders in production may not be cancelled.
Phone Orders: We regret we cannot take orders by phone.
