I'm trying to bring in a vector image into Signmate express and it keeps saying I can't because it's a differant format.Help????anyone. [Confused] [Confused] [Confused]

.ai
.wmf
or ?

It's not going to open without a file type.

That's where the problem might lie.

Si; im not sure what Vector-art format their images at.I tried bringin them in with Ai-corel-and a few others with no luck.The image comes from a singlab disc.

Randy,
Bring up the file in My Computer or Windows Explorer and look at the file extension. Use that extension from the pick list when you import it.

Randy, if that is off a Signlab disk, it is almost certain to be in .cdl file extension. If your program wont recognize that format, you may be able to open it in some other program, then do a "copy" "paste" to your proggy.

May be able is the operative phrase though-- .cdl may only work with Signlab. It is short for Cadlink, the maker of Signlab.
