Is it true that Gerber is giving away a free roll with every 3rd or 4th foil you buy? and is there any conditions applied.

I don't know if it is Gerber or suppliers. I received a postcard from Hyatts. Buy 4 get one free foil plus a 10yd roll of white hp vinyl. Buy 8 get 2 foils and 3 10yd. rolls of vinyl.

What kind of price is everyone getting on these foils? Seems to me you can do better buying Zero Nine foils at their regular price. Or do many consider them inferior?
