Actually I can relate. Also that old commercial where the lady throws her sewing machine out the window ...... I can relate to that too.

Hey Cheryl.....RELATE TO THIS! Your posting a coupla weeks back about your lousy weather......My reply was something about beautiful weather-perfect Prescott Arizona....Well it's raining like hell here today after about a year-long drought! Thought you'd like to hear!....and it's cold, too!

LOL Bob! Well I can definately relate to the cold and the wet. And I don't like those either. Sorry about chuckling ...... but at least you don't get rain 80% of the year. Be happy!

Hey Bob, down here on the AZ desert floor today it struggled to reach 80 but it was sunny and just as pleasant as could be!
This summer will be a different story but then again, I wouldn't have moved here if 120 degree temps bothered me.

PRESCOTT IS BEAUTIFUL AGAIN TODAY.....ABOUT 70....NOT A CLOUD! MIKE....SHOULDBE HOT AND STICKY AT THE LONDON BRIDGE BEFORE LONG! IF YOU LIKE IT, MORE POWER TO YA! THINK I'LL STAY RIGHT HERE, UNLESS ROGER'S GOT A SPOT OPEN ON MAUI!

Sorry Bob but that open spot on Maui has been filled and is awaiting my arrival. I may have some rentals though!

JOEY... ARE YOU SURE IT'S NOT MOLOKAI?

Bob, sticky?? since when does AZ get sticky? I've been here two and a half years (minus a couple winters) and I havent seen a sticky day yet.

IF THE HUMIDITY GOES OVER 30, TO ME IT'S STICKY! REMEMBER....I'M IN PRESCOTT!
HOWEVER, I COULD TOLERATE "STICKY" IN MAUI!!!!

Just bought a new truck, actually got the dealer to PAY me to remove the graphics off the old one. Thought I was getting a sweet deal, but in 10 years of vinyl sign work, I never had to deal with fairly large areas of reflective vinyl.
Talk about sticky in Maui, this is a real sticky mess. I've got my Sprayway All-Purpose adhesive remover & Goo-Gone for back-up, but Roger's Rapid Remover is working the best by far. Still gotta say it's a real pain.
My Edge-printed high-performance vinyl graphics are coming off just fine, but the Sign-Gold is also quite a task.
I can't complain though, it's kind of nostalgic for me to un-letter my first ever work truck. I even salvaged a slightly distorted souvineer for a remote back wall of the shop.
Can't say there's no humidity here, but there is plenty of sign work on Maui. BTW Roger is on the Big Island aka. "Hawaii" Land is much cheaper, & less crowds overall, but much harder to make a living if one were to rely on the local economy.

Well, I guess I'm stuck here in Prescott, and that's OK! If I get real lucky, maybe Cheryl will drop by from her rain-soaked part of the world, to share sign stories with this cranky ol' man! Yeah....hello!

LOL Bob......I hear your part of the world is beautiful. I am thinking real seriously about going to the sign show in Vegas next month. You going Bob? anyone going? And YEP it is raining today.....and tomorrow....and the next day.......sigh luckily I spread all the compost last week. damn rain.......
